How to Make Your Computer Run Faster For Absouletly No Money

Is your computer running slow? Do you want to play games at a higher FPS for no money? Follow some these tips and they may help you.

Tip 1: Try to Scan Your Computer for Malware and Viruses

The first tip I have to start off this list is to scan your computer for Malware and Viruses. How you do that is if you already have an anti virus software on your computer you can open that and there should be a button saying something like “Scan Now”, if you don’t have an anti virus software I would say to try out Malwarebytes, or the built in Windows Defender. I will teach you how to scan your computer with Windows Defender.

On the bottom right of your screen you should see an arrow that looks like this

Click on that, then right click this symbol

(If this button doesn’t show up, click on “Ask me anything” in the bottom left, it should look like a search bar, and type in “Windows Defender” and click on Windows Defender)

and click “Open”. Once you’re in it should look like thisd1807a3807084141f52272c0970523bb

Click on “Full” and then “Scan now” after a while the scan should be complete. You may have to confirm to fix some issues.

To try to future-proof your computer from viruses you can click the settings button in the top right of Windows Defender and a new settings window should pop up. Make sure “Real-time protection” is on. A tip if you don’t use the internet often or just go on sites like Facebook, Twitter, and sites like that, you should be able to turn off the real time protection which I find helps on lower end computers. Use it at your own risk, as long as you don’t click on unknown links you should be fine, I normally just turn it off if I need a little boost when I’m playing an intensive game, and that’s what I would recommend.

Tip 2: Turn Off the Fancy Windows Features That you Don’t Need

If you don’t care about the fancy windows graphics, you can turn those off. First what you want to do is click the “Ask me anything” search window in the bottom left

Then search for “This PC” and click on it, when you are in that window right click “This PC” on the side bar on the left

And click “Properties” and this window should come up.

Click “Advanced system settings” on the left side

Click the advanced tab at the top, and then under “Performance” click settings. Now click “Adjust for best performance”click apply at the bottom left and then you can exit out of all of that.

Tip 3: Tip for Games: Lower the Settings

Now for the harder PC gamers out there, this will be common knowledge, but for the newer ones, you can make the game graphics worse, but make it more smooth. If that interests you this step is for you.

So almost all games are different for this, try to find the settings tab at the main menu or the pause menu, and then click on graphics or video, you should see a bunch of different settings or you can click advanced settings if the settings down show up most the time. I find the biggest change you can do to get better FPS in games is lower the resolution, turn down or off the shadows, or turn down the texture detail. Depending on your monitor, the resolution should be set to 1920×1080 by default, try to lower it down to 1280×720, also, try to turn down the texture quality, and shadows. I’ll show you how to do it in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Launch the game, then on the top bar click options, and then “Video Settings”

Then in the resolution area click the drop down and change it to 1280×720

Then turn the texture detail down by once again, finding texture detail, click the drop down and selecting low

Also, I recommend to change all of the rest of the settings down to low if you are still struggling.

Then click “Apply” and everything should be good in CS:GO!

Tip 4: Disable Some of the Privacy Settings

This can give you another boost for FPS and just daily use. This will turn off some background apps, and disable more privacy options like advertising IDs, and let apps use certain privacy features, if you don’t use very many Windows features then I would recommend you to do this.

Click the Windows button in the bottom left, then the settings gear on the left side. It should pop up with a new window, click the privacy button

Go through all the tabs on the left, and turn all of it off. Especially the background apps.

Tip 5: Update Your Drivers

Drivers! Drivers are essentially what tells your computer hardware what to do. I would recommend using Driver Booster. First you can download it from this link;

You can use the free version if you hover over performance at the top and “Driver Booster Free” at the top.

Run the installer, and click “Custom Install”, click “Accept and Install”, then click “Give up my free gift” unless you want the gift, and then you should be ready to scan it!

Once you have finished installing this program, launch it, it should just instantly start scanning. When it finishes, it should come up with something like this.1e7bc29ecf1209cf6d1e2fcc68611ef7

Click “Update Now” once it finishes, it should ask you to restart, you can restart later, or restart your computer now. That’s all for the drivers.

Tip 6: Do a Disk Defrag *DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE AN SSD*

There are multiple different programs you can use to defrag your hard drive, what I’d recommend is to let windows do it. Do not do this step if you have an SSD (Solid State Drive)

Once again, click the “Ask me anything” box in the bottom left, and search for defrag it should say “Defragment and Optimize Drives”, click “Optimize” and it should run. Once it is done your hard drive should be slightly faster!

Tip 7: Use CCleaner

CCleaner can clean up some extra junk on your computer, first, download it from this link

Then download the free version, and install it. Once it is installed, it should look like this26ef727eb2cebac012829e104d703c68

Click “Run Cleaner” in the bottom right. It should finish what it wants to do eventually, and that’s all for this section, Then on the left bar, click “Registry”

Click “Scan for Issues” and then “Fix selected issues…”, you can backup the registry if you want, and then click “Fix All Selected Issues” and then close the program if you’d like.

Those are some of simple steps you can do to make your computer.

How To Mod Skyrim

So, there are many amazing Skyrim mods, if you want to get some for your PC version of Skyrim, just follow this tutorial.

So there is a way to mod Skyrim with mod organizer, but I am going to show you how to mod Skyrim with Nexus Mod Manager. First, go to and click download for whatever version of Windows you have. then it will ask you to register a account. Click Register a free account, when you get to that page, click register on the right side. A lot of people get confused with this, you don’t have to choose a paid account unless you want to, just don’t select anything, go to the bottom, and click create account. Once you’re done making you’re account, go back to that link at the top of this post, and click download for whatever version of Windows you have, run the installer, and get into the program. Now, pick a mod you want on the Nexus website, and click download (NMM) and now it should ask you what you want to do and click launch application. Now it will launch Nexus Mod Manager. Now once it’s downloaded, double click the folder where its downloaded to in Nexus Mod Manager and double click the mod and now its’ activated! Some mods when you download them, say what other mods you need to run the mod, make sure you have those. As well, most mods need SKSE, which you get from here  click installer, it should download and then just run the installer. Now launch Skyrim, and have some fun!

How To Surf In CS:GO

So you want to learn how to surf?

So how do you surf, first you gotta get into a surf server by launching CS:GO and clicking play and then browse community servers and then server in the search bar surf and then it should pop up with a bunch of servers, if it doesn’t click refresh list. Try to connect to servers with a lot of people because recently there have been viruses attached to these servers when they download the map, and whatever else is on the server, so once your in the server hold w and jump onto the ramp, if you’re going on the left side of it, hold d, if you’re on the right side hold a. Once you’re done that try to mess around with the different positions of the ramp, try to go to the bottom, try to fling yourself from the bottom to the top to jump, stay on the top to gain speed, just mess around with where you should go in different situations. Try surf_beginner to start.

That’s all, have a great day!

How To Get Better At CS:GO

So I’ve been practicing for CS:GO a lot lately, and this is how I got better.

  1. So what I do, is when I hop on CS:GO I go to browse community servers, and find a death match server, these people are most likely serious about the game. Try to play about 15 minutes with the AK-47 and 15 minutes with the M4A4/M4A1-S, then I go back to browse community servers and try to find a pistol only death match server, I try to do 15 minutes of USP-S and 15 minutes of glock-18, if you want to practice even more, try to play on a retake server. Try to do this everyday
  2. Try to play with a group of friends/players who won’t mess around! If you want to play this game seriously, you have to find people who want to play the game seriously aswell. You can find these people by playing competitive or Face it or ESEA and add the players or go onto a sub Reddit like or there is steam groups for finding serious players.
  3. Find the perfect sensitivity. They’re many videos on YouTube on how to find the perfect sensitivity such as

  1. if you want to get better game sense, watch pro games and see what kind of strategies they are doing, or anything else. If your a awper, maybe watch KennyS demos or a player like that, if you use rifles, maybe watch ScreaM or a player like that
  2. Make sure to manage your economy, only buy when your team is buying and save when your team saves. This is very important.

That’s all the tips for today.
